Know About Quilling

Quilling is a form of art which is done with paper. It is also known as paper filigree. It is done with strips of colored paper which can be rolled, cut, shaped, and glued together to form various designs and decorations. In this process the paper is wound around a quill which is done to create a coil shape which is the basic step in quilling. The paper is then glued at the tip to get the coil shaped. These shaped coils are then arranged to bring out the designs like that of the flower, leaves and various other patterns which resembles the ironwork.
